Cash ledger : Cess amount refund to be taken

while creating the challan for payment I had wrongly classified to cess amount
now balance amount is showing in cash leger
but I am not able to adjust that cess amount for reducing my liability kindly advise is there any way to get bank my amount or to adjust with other ledger
