kindly let me whether it is madatory to prepare cash flow statement for private limited companies and attach it with annual report.

From F.Y. 2014-15 onwards, cash flow statement is a compulsory part of the financial statement except in the case of one person company, dormant companies and small companies [Refer to section 2(40) of the Companies Act, 2013].
