Can any one Explain how Exchange Fluctuation loss or gain should be treated in cash flow statement as per AS 3.

LOSS OF EXCHANGE SHOULD BE ADDED IN OPERATING ACTIVITIES & IF GAIN OF IT MUST BE DEDUCTED
