Can an entity claim an expense without a bill or receipt?Or is there any limit under which receiptless expense can be claimed

there shud be evidence for each of the expense made.
for cash exp preferably a CV is prepared and is to be signed by the authorized person who approved the payment and also by the person whom payment is made. there's no such limit for exemption from preparation of cash vouchers
