Cash deposits for monthly rental

Dear everyone, 

Is it allowed to receive monthly rental amount (Rs 48000) as cash deposit done to my bank account by the tenant? Will it result in any tax query/complication for me? Proper rental agreement exists and I am declaring the income and paying necessary taxes.
