One of our customer paid cash through bank by challan. Is this is acceptable.
Pls reply in light of the provisions of income tax act

Paid cash through bank by challan means deposit slip or any other ?

He must have asked you for depositing cash na. Now it will be your responsibility to prove about cash deposit as and when required. Keep few letters on record to support cash deposit.
