Cash book for the period of two months.

Sir my case was fixed for assessment under NFAC for the f.y.2016-17 and in this case the cash book for. the two months of my son but due to the oversight I has been uploaded wrong cash book which is mismatch with the cash book furnished in the case of my son.Now both the case has been pending under appeal with the CIT (A). Reason is that uploaded cash book made by the Asstt Acctt. for his practical knowledge.please guide me in this respect what can I do Thanks.
