providing courier services. I want to know how I present cash bill for single courier receipts i.e. single packets etc.?

For single pack also you have to issue regular tax invoice. If the recipient is not a registered taxable person, GSTIN will not be mentioned.
If invoice less than 200 than you don't required to raised single invoice, make make consolidate invoice end of the day. Also if register dealer demand for invoice even less than 200, you have to raise the invoice.
