whether i need to study all the case laws of DT IDT for final nov 14 exams given in institutes material "select cases" or just important ones
if not all to be studied please tell which all are important to b studied first.. please provide links/files if any..

Hi Hemant , do all Case Laws , atleast the Indirect Tax (IDT) case laws.
i dont know much about D.Tax
But for Indirect Tax just somehow study "Atleast the Conclusions" i.e. Decision of the case of all case laws given in the case Law Book.
come on yaar there are just around 114 Case Laws in IDT and u just hav to Learn their conclusions , i.e. Decision of the case
I think if u are determined enough , then u can easily complete it in 2days or (Max 3days).
If u see any of the Past 7-8 attempts , u will find that Case Laws come for ATLEAST 30 marks in IDT.
So 114 Case Laws for 30 marks is worth it, i feel

please also tell me whether case laws in may 2014 nd nov 2014 RTP also to b studied in addition to case laws in select case law module??
