How many marks we will loose if we dont write case law in final exam specially in corp law and DT ??

To be honest my friend as we all know even 1 or 2 marks can make a huge difference as far as aggregate is concerned. So there is no benefit about calculating the marks.

According to me if you don't mention case laws than there will be a loss of 3 to 5 marks with negative impression on the teacher. This negative impression on the teacher may be very harmful and this loss of 3-5 marks is enough to....You know what i mean. So think about it.

As per my suggestion student should start writing sections and case laws at the PCC level itself. I would suggest you to make it a habit to remember sections along with case laws as it will surely help you a lot during preparation for CA final or other professional examinations. Section and case law knowledge is also very important for your professional working. It is 100% true.

Keep one thing in mind -- write the sections and case laws only when you are 100 % sure, otherwise leave it.
