Hello Tax Experts,
in respect of a Private limited company, Assessing officer has passed assessment order u/s 144 for non-cooperation by assessee in a scrutiny assessment. Assessing officer has added loans given by directors to the company u/s 68 as income of the company. Assessee wants to appeal agianst the order. What could be the possible grounds of appeal?

i want to know the case laws on the best judgement assessment wherein the assessee didnot receive the post sent by the income tax department. so he obviously couldnot attend the hearing and based on that best judgement was passed. i want a case law in favor of the assessee.
