Is it necessary to remember it Fully (cant remeber so many numbers !!!)...or..
something like " UOI Vs ABC (P) Ltd.(1999) "

definitely nobody cn recall al d nos. n dere is no requirement of remembering dem also..
dere r so many case laws in DT n IDT dat if u start remembering all d words den u wl mess up everything in ur exams..so jus read as many case laws as u cn for knowledge n dono try to remembr each an every name..

i had prepared a list of 60 or so case laws.. just for customs...
I feel very much relieved that i need not remember them...

As Anil said, even if u quote " held in the case of ABC Pvt. Ltd. that......(put in the case facts)", it wud be enough...
