we have business of opticians and we supply through out India. we have sales person who travels with the 2
sample box. In that case what compliances have to be followed by us? Any invoice kind of stuff or a legal declaration on company letter head is ok

You can Show it as goods sent on approval...however they must be back in six months from date of removal else ypu will have to ossue invoice of it

No need any declaration , since you are engage in business supply in another city also, u need to obtain GST regn. number irrespective of sales turnover.

i assumed ur case that sales of sample is not happend and ur sales person is doing marketing for that
