I had capital gain loss (property) in ay2019-20, which my accountant forgot to mention in carry forward in ITR of ay2020-21. can we rectify the same now as I need to set off the losses in ay2021-22 ?

Not eligible now, as rectification for changes in income assessment is not allowed.
