Hello,
I am looking for info on CARO. Like who needs to fill CARO, under what clauses CA has to keep in mind, whether there is a prescribed format for the report and as such.
Any info is appreciated.

@ Anirudh,
1.under CARO requirement there are totally 21 clauses for that duty of auditor is to seek information from the management(in writing) and verify the records and documents
2.All the 21 clauses are required to fill by the Auditor ,after obtaining the sufficient information accordingly.
3.Specifemen CARO report given under companies Act,so you no need to any format.

Thanks Prashant. So as I understand there is no particular format, even a word document would do fine?
Are there any auditing softwares which can generate Caro Reports?
