I am confused about whether to go for Industry or join a CA Firm. I ve qualified as a CA in May 13.

It depends on how u want your career to be pursued. if you have plans of setting up a practice in forseeable future, it is better to join a CA Firm as it yields practical insight into the subject you deal with. Selection of the firm depends upon the subject you desire to specialise in. If you have no intentions to practice it is better to go for industry. This is because CA firms are normally less remunerative than corporates. However, if you get an opportunity to work in a big 4 you can join in it irrespective of the fact whether you want to practice or not as you can carry that big 4 label for future assignments either in practice or job.
