You need not to pay Gst on it as at the time credit is not available in car as per section 17(5). You can also see Supreme Court judgement if credit is not available at the time of purchase govt can not ask for tax at the time of sale
i have claimed depreciation of car in income tax then also there is no need to pay gst for car sold as scrap i have proprietorship firm.
