Car rental GST proprietorship to company
We are proprietorship company into Car and Bus rental and use HSN code 996601. I have heard that from 1st October 2019 proprietorship firms can not charge GST to firms registered under company's act. Please send views

There is no such news as of now. It might be a rumour. And it should be SAC CODE not HSN.
