Please suggest treatment of capital subsidy received in pvt Ltd from income tax point of view

In case we choose it as deferred income, we should disallow it while calcuting taxable income, right?

Capital subsidary should be capitalised or deferred as the case may be...

since it is capital recceipt so it is not taxable.
