Is there any limit for induction of capital say as compared to Loans or investments as per companies act for private company.

MINIMUM CAPITAL CAN BE 100,000 ONLY AS SPECIFIED. AOA CANNOT PRESCRIBE HIGHER LIMIT. I APOLOGISE FOR THE MISTAKE.
