Is there any limit for induction of capital say as compared to Loans or investments as per companies act for private company.

Lower limit- 1,00,000, AOA can specify higher limit
Upper limit- Not specified in act.

MINIMUM CAPITAL CAN BE 100,000 ONLY AS SPECIFIED. AOA CANNOT PRESCRIBE HIGHER LIMIT. I APOLOGISE FOR THE MISTAKE.
