We want to increase capital of the company
The amount of Reserves & Surplus can be used for this? (its under share holder funds in balance sheet)

you can increase capital by way of bonus issue by utilizing free reserves and accumulated profits.

would like to elaborate a bit
if we have 80lac in Reserves & Surplus & we would introduce 70lac capital, is it sufficient to make our capital 1.5cr?
