Yes ... you can claim full 18 lac credit at one shot

Yes can claim entire ITC of Capital Goods.

Yes can claim full ITC. but depreciation must not be applied..

Yes you can avail full ITC but you need to comply with reversal/apportionment provisions contained under Rule 43 if you're not involved in exclusively Taxable supplies
