kindly let us know the procedure under law to claim ITC on capital goods purchased for MFG of taxable supplies

no specific procedure. Entire ITC will be available in month of purchase. claim ITC in GSTR-3B. While claiming depreciation under IT Act, take only the taxable value excluding tax component
