yes, you can claim input credit on capital used in the course of business subject to restrictions specified in sec 17(5)

Yes. You can avail the benefit of ITC for the Purchase of Capital Goods if it's it's used furtherance of Business...
Also You will consider or calculate Your supplies are Taxable / Exempted / Taxable and Excempted. Then take as per your transactions.
