If an assesse has earned Capital gains in the month of March and he has not invested in bonds specified under section 54EC than will he show the capital gains in his IT return which is to be filed in july as he still has 2 months from july
time to invest in bonds......?

yes. he can file return now or after investment. if he invest after filin

if he files return now and show the capital gain as income. Can he claim exemption in next year provided he invest in time.....?

yes. he can file return now or after investment. if he file return before july and invest the gain amount after july then he can file a revise return.
