I purchase land on 20.3.2012 at Rs.18,23,000 +Rs.1,18,000 (Registry charges.
I sold this on 30.3.2023 at Rs. 51 Lacs.
What will be the LongTerm property tax.?

Land bought at Thoothukudi on 24.12.1983 for Rs.8,305.
Sold it on 28.06.2023 for Rs.21,58,000.
1) If I pay tax, how much should I pay?
OR
2) To avoid tax, how much should I invest in capital gain bonds?

You need to have circle rate of the land as on date 01.04.2001, from sub-registrar office; to arrive at LT CG.
