Capital gains

sir one of uncle purchased land for RS. 200000 during 2006 later he built house for RS. 2500000 during 2008.
now during 2019 he sold the property for RS. 5350000 . please suggest me how much capital gains has to be paid as tax during this year. he had also tax deduted by purchaser for 5350000 @ 1%rate ie. RS 53500.(TDS amount) under sec 194/l
