When the assessee avails the benefit of Sec 54 EC of the IT act, 1961, will ths provision comes to the rescue of the assesse in respect of the TDS recovered by the buyer which may be a huge amount say n the order of Rs. 10 Lakhs

Section 54EC can provide exemption only upto 50L of LTCG.... (means LTCG tax saved about 10L)

What about rest amount of LTCG? TDS 10L means sale of property of about 10Cr....
