1. Whether indexation benefits available to an Resident/Non-resident in case of sale of immovable property located in foreign country.
2 . whether if he can get exemptions under section 54 if he invest the sale proceedings as per conditions in section 54..
3. Is there anything special exemption either available in Income Tax or in Indian & Switzerland tax Treaty
