Dear Sir,
A residential land sold for 20 lakhs more than guideline value.Whether the full value consideration to be invested in a house construction is guideline value only , i suppose.What is other's opinion?

U need to invest the long term capital gain in residential House property in order to avail exemption u/s 54...
