Sir with due respect I want to know that I have sold my land at Delhi for Rs 32.00Lac and purchase the Residential house at Una Himachal Pradesh for Rs 40.00Lac Sir please advise me can I am liable to pay capital gains on the above said transaction.Thanks.

No. There will be exemption u/s.54F of the IT act, provided you satisfy all the conditions specified under the section.
