What is the Cost of Acquisition for the Owner of the Immovable Property for computing Capital Gains for the Consideration received under Development Agreements?

Also, whether the ultimate ownership of the Land vests with the Developer of the property or with the original owner after completion of the project?

Whether developed property is Joint development agreement with builder (i.e. Land is trf. to builder)

or Transfered property is Flat in a building where all members of society trf. their right to builder

Members of society transferring their rights to builder
