Hi everyone,

I have sold one plot with capital gain of 19 lakhs in 2020 and bought a house for 71 lakh and claimed tax benefit in the same year. Again in 2021 sold a plot and house for 44 lakh and putted that money in the same apartment as it is under construction. so can I claim the capital gain tax again as I have utilised for it

Sir it is saying Capital again already claimed in the previous year while filing. what to do please help.
