capital Gain Tax on Second House Sale

Dear Sir

I have two House. Previous year 16-17 I sale my second house and purchase new house. I am eligible for getting capital gain tax banifit .

Yes, if the house sold was held for more than 3 years, and other compliance as per section 54 are satisfied.

as per amendment in sec 54 in 2015 about one house I am eligible.

As per Section 54 , the assessee has to purchase one residential house in India against the sell of residential house in order to get exemption.

Accordingly you are eligible for exemption u/s 54
