04 July 2012Want to know the time limit for deposit of Capital Gain in the Capital Gain Account Scheme. Is it within 6 months of sale or before due date of filing of return?
Flat is sold in Jan 2012..

condition of 6 month of sale is with sec 54EC only
otherwise due date if ITR in your case it is 31/july/2012
