22 July 2011One of Mine client have claimed benefit of section 54 against LTCG in AY 2010-11 and deposited capital gain amt in defined capital gain bank account. thenafter a year it has bought new residential property and withdraw said deposit from capital gain account.
Can any one suggest me what are the reporting obligation in ITR for relevant AY ( AY 2011-12)

if the Registry of the said property is Rs. 30 lakhs or more, there was a requirement to show the details in AIR column earlier to this year but, the same is not required at all from ur client's part..............
