Sir,
I have query regarging to sell of Heritable Non agricultural land in rural area..
And I am also taking exemption u/s 54 F for the purpose of capital gain..
Can I claim benefit of Cost of Improvement in Land..And what the evidences required for the same for the benefit in capital gain tax?
