I just want to know can we claim indexation benefit for the improvement done in previous year?

Saagar Bhai,
Indexation Option is Available for LTCG Assets Only. Not STCG.
and LTCG Indexation Benefit Can Be Taken After Three Years Only.

hey Aayush How r u? but what about cost of improvment made within 3 yrs prior to the date of sale of LTCA?
e.g.
date of purchase of asset 01/04/2008
cost of improvement Rs.2 lakhs made on 15/05/2012
date of sale of asset 18/12/2013
????????????

Then In These Case:-
Take Indexation for Cost of Acquision
But For Cost of Improvement No Indexation is Available.
