capital gain on sale of bonus shares
If the capital asset being sold is long term bonus shares (stt applicable) taxable as ltcg

it's not necessary that if share are long term then bonus shares also come under long term. it depends when bonus shares have been issued to you and accordingly short term and long term gain will be computed
