Tax queries 582 views 1 replies

I am planning to sell my property which comprises of combinatio of 2 property. 1st portion of property was aquired about 30 years ago & 2nd property ,which is adjacent property to 1st one, aquired 2 years ago. I have got the transfer & amagamation done & now have one qhata for both.

Recently have demolished old house in combined property & constructed new house & have completion certificate from authority.

Now I want to sell the whole property . My question - while assessing combined property value , should I consider inflation index separetly for 1st (btween 1981 till 2009) & 2nd land  (2005 till 2009). In other words 1st land will it be considered long term & 2nd land short term minus cost of construction.
