Capital gain on sale of plot is 10cr. so person can invest in two flat of 5cr each?

Have u taken into consideration yr. of purchase and yr. of sale.
Then comes the question of capital gains.
Indexed Cost of Accquisition.
Capital Gains tax .
there is a specific time frame within which u can invest in infrastructure capital bonds.
You can invest in another house to get exemption.
