how can I consider Purchase price for Indexation Purpose....??
How is capital gain tax be calculated..??
Take circle rate of the plot as on 01.04.2001 from the office of sub-registrar of the area.
Take it as your cost of acquisition of the plot in FY 2001-02, index being 100.
