is this is true the investment in Capital Gain Bonds in two consequitive years should not exceed 50 Lakh

Maximum Investment can be done to the extent of 50 Lakhs (either in 1 fy or in 2)
Hello sir if one has done investment say 50 lakh in nhai bonds 2015-16 against capital gain can he invest again this year 50 lakh 2016-17 in same nhai bonds consiqutive year..thanks
