Capital Gain Account Scheme
If i keep long term capital gain consideration in Capital Gain Account and after 3 years i withdraw the whole amount by not doing a construction or buy of new residential house. Either withdrawal of whole amount after 3 years it will be taxable or not? kindly guide.

yes it will be taxable and you need to pay tax @ 20%
