28 January 2010IS THERE ANYONE HAVE PRACTICAL SOLUTION ?
Our clients have huge transaction of capital gain,but it is not taxable under business or profession. I want that all transaction individually can be identify Capital Gain and balance as investments. so that if later in case scrutiny demad for detail we can present scripttwise purchase & sale. Is there anyone have specific format for Capital along with investment.

Dear Ameet,
Now a days Broker itself gives a Capital Gain Statement along with the closing balance of Investments..
Further Closing balance/Stateof Holding of Investments should be confirmed with DEMAT Account statement..
