I booked and took possession of a singleton floor with super area 1124 sq ft in FY 2003-04 from a builder at cost of 10 lacs 67 thousand in Gurgaon. If I sell same in current FY for 79 lacs, what will be my capital gain? The applicable collector rate now is Rs. 5500/- per sq ft.
