Sir/Mam,
I had purchased a semi constructed house in new delhi in the august 2016 for Rs 30 lakhs. Now i have sold it for about 32 lakhs. I want to know how much capiral gain i have on this deal.

it Will be considered as Short term capital gains of RS2lacs and you need to pay tax @ 15%. you won't get any tax benefit

But someone told that since it is more than 24 months and after 2016 it will be covered under long term capital gain
