A landlord sold development rights to a builder against which Builder has agreed to pay him consideration  40% in cheque and rest 60% as a Flat will be constructed by him for the landlord.

Cheque amount is already received in parts i.e in F.Y 15-16 and F.Y 17-18. 

So how capital gain should be calculated and which year it should be offer for taxation?

Capital gain is calculated by considering sales price of land or stamp value w.e. high

Tax charged in the year of registery of plot
