Hello, There I want answer of two questions In case of sale of house property how the indexation will be done for the property purchased in installment, with each installment or with a whole consideration? And Is advance given for property and sold after 3 years without having legal title in the name of assessee elegible for benifit under sec. 54 Thankyou in advance
