21-2-2002 - Sale deed

21-2-1996-Sale agrrement(along with payment)

which date consider for idexation purpose ?

Please explain with section,,,,,,,,,,

Is with token amount only. Balance amount is paid at the time of sale deed.
The period of holding & indexation is done from date of sale deed as that is when actual transfer took place.
